The most popular decaffeinated coffee in the UK is processed using the MC Decaf - Methylene Chloride method and this is the process we use for this coffee as it is effective both in terms of flavour and cost. The coffee is grown, harvested and processed at origin, exactly how any other coffee would be, then shipped to a decaffeination plant in Germany.
To experience this coffee at its absolute best, we recommend using 8-10g for each shot. We have roasted this blend slightly darker, perfect for making espresso drinks.
